The Damak are a race of Earth/Mud elementals who live on the banks of the River Nile. They, in conjunction with the Marid water elementals, allow the Nile to flood the land to boost the crop growth in Aegyptus. Aegyptus' food supply is mainly reliant on the flooding of the Nile meaning that Aegyptus requires the Marid and the Damak to survive.
