Kheprians are scarab-people that hide within the labyrinthine maze of tunnels below the sandstone mountains, that divide Upper (Southern) Aegyptus from the eastern regions of Lower Tisar?. The Kheprians are very withdrawn, only appearing to either trade their mined metals with Aegyptus for grain as and when they need it, or to defend their homes from Maurabian raiders who enter those mountains to pillage the resources.
